Shipping Method

Standard Delivery: Orders take between 1-5 business days to get delivered, depending on the area in Lebanon and availability of drivers. All orders outside Lebanon are handled by third party shipping companies and will be quoted separately.

Shipping Cost

Shipping fees inside Lebanon, are free with the exception of rural areas. We will inform you if there are any shipping fees once we confirm your order.

Conditions

Our drivers will refuse to deliver an order inside Lebanon if the customer does not send his location on Whatsapp once contacted for confirmation. This would result in a No Delivery. Please make sure to send us an email on [email protected] if you have any concerns related to delivery or whatsapp us on +961 76 398 031, so we can try to accommodate you.

Clients shall be contacted by phone for delivery instructions.

In the event that the recipient is not available at the time of delivery: The delivery charge still holds for areas outside Greater Beirut, on condition that our driver had previously contacted the recipient and scheduled the delivery at the requested time. Additional trips are charged beyond that.
